If you suffer from a low sperm count or low quality sperm, there are many ways to improve sperm production.

Avoid high temperatures - Overheated testes can reduce the number and quality of your sperm. Normal body temperature 37 degrees celcius. Sperm functions best at 32 degrees celcius. Vigorous exercise, hot tubs, and saunas – can all “cook the sperm” by raising the temperature of the scrotum.
Avoid Alcohol and Recreational Drugs – they have been proven to reduce your sperm quality and levels.
Don’t Wear Tight Underpants – they can put pressure on your testes and overheat them.
Cut back on caffeine – Caffeine can impair sperm production, cause chromosomal abnormalities, and effect sperm motility.
Stop Smoking – smoking increases the number of free radicals in the body which do damage to many cells. Smoking reduces sperm count and motility, and increases the number of abnormally shaped sperm.
Exercise - Regular and moderate exercise helps you maintain a healthy body weight, helps control stress, and gives you a healthier overall body.
